Group 1 Skoda Maidstone

The experience at Group 1 Skoda Maidstone was fantastic because from start to finish Keiran made me feel at ease, I never once felt pressured and he really listened to what I wanted/needed.
I told him my budget and he worked with this to get the vehicle we purchased.
I explained that I did not know much about Skoda cars or how well they drove but he did not hesitate in offering a test drive. I test drove 2 different Karoq cars and ended up purchasing the car I test drove first.
I am very impressed with his knowledge, customer service and how easy he made the process.
I would not hesitate in recommending Group1 Skoda to family and friends.

Bought a car recently, have been delivered on 7th of April and the car stays parked as the battery is flat, still waiting for the dealership to ‘’decide’’ what happens next

The experience at Group 1 Skoda Maidstone was good because Kieron made the experience very stress free. I haven't bought from a main dealer before so he helped to put me at ease. He also explained all of.the offers that skoda have to support maintenace of the vehicle. This was very helpful and made me feel supported and reassured that I will be able to manage the upkeep of the car.
